What are the fees?

This depends on individual factors. Please contact the clinic to clarify. If you have a Health Care card fees may be reduced. Payment plans are available, however the report will not be provided and the feedback session will not occur until final payment has been made. Unfortunately, Medicare does not currently supply rebates for these services. This is currently under government review. Some private medical insurers may cover some of the cost. Contact your insurer and supply Item Numbers 100 and 200 to see if you may receive a benefit.

Neuropsychological Assessment

Fees are dependent on the nature and duration of the assessment. Please contact us to discuss further.

Medicare Rebates

Clients referred by a general practitioner (GP), Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician under a Mental Health Care Plan receive a rebate for each 50-minute session. Medicare offers 10 individual sessions per calendar year. After six sessions, you will need to see your GP again to evaluate whether the additional four sessions are required.

Medicare/private health cover rebates are processed at the time of consultation.

Private Health Insurance

Private health insurers generally offer rebates on psychological services which will vary based on your level of coverage. Unfortunately, you cannot use your private health insurance to top up the Medicare rebates. You can choose to use Medicare or your private health cover to pay for psychological services.
